• If the user (participant) wishes to cancel the conference a month before the date of the conference, 50% of the total price of the conference will be deducted in exchange for the value of the equipment that was contracted.
• In the event that the user {subscriber} wishes to cancel the conference {14} days or less before the date of the conference, the full value of the conference will be deducted in exchange for the value of the equipment, reservations, and efforts made by Messrs. Andalusia Business Solutions Company.
• If the user {the subscriber} wishes to change the date of the conference, whether {advancing or delaying} the conference date, a request to replace the date will be submitted after the approval of Andalusia Business Solutions Company regarding the possibility of changing and replacing the conference date or not.
• The user {subscriber} does not have the right to assign the conference to others instead of replacing the date, otherwise the conference will be canceled and Andalusia Business Solutions will be entitled to the full value of the conference.
