If the lecture is canceled by the doctor, the full value of the lecture will be returned to the participant’s balance.
If the participant does not attend and does not submit a request to replace the lecture, he has no right to return to the site owner and demand a refund of any financial sums.
The lecture can be replaced with another lecture if the participant fails to attend the paid lecture of the same doctor after his approval, free of charge. The participant does not have the right to waive the lecture and replace it with another person.

Tenth: Return policy and exchange policy {for conferences}:-

If the user {subscriber} wishes to organize a conference through Andalusia Business Solutions, that user is considered authorized by Andalusia Business Solutions to implement all procedures and requirements for organizing and preparing equipment and tools.....etc. in order to conduct the conference in the best manner befitting the user and the organizing company.
If the user (participant) wishes to cancel the conference a month before the date of the conference, 50% of the total price of the conference will be deducted in exchange for the value of the equipment that was contracted.
In the event that the user {subscriber} wishes to cancel the conference {14} days or less before the date of the conference, the full value of the conference will be deducted in exchange for the value of the equipment, reservations, and efforts made by Messrs. Andalusia Business Solutions Company.
If the user {the subscriber} wishes to change the date of the conference, whether {advancing or delaying} the conference date, a request to replace the date will be submitted after the approval of Andalusia Business Solutions Company regarding the possibility of changing and replacing the conference date or not.
The user {subscriber} does not have the right to assign the conference to others instead of replacing the date, otherwise the conference will be canceled and Andalusia Business Solutions will be entitled to the full value of the conference.
